FAQ - anonymous debit cards

A: ATM debit reloadable card offers what is known as "stored value" cards. Quite simply, that means that you store money in an account and access it by using your card at a bank machine (ATM).

Q: What name will be printed on the card?

A: There is no individual name printed on it.

Q: Does your Card expire?

A: Expiration is 2 years from card issue date .

Q: Who can apply for the ATM Card?

A: Anyone can apply regardless of his or her nationality, country of residence, credit history or status.

Q: Your site says offshore, but where offshore?

A: Republic of Seychelles. The cards are issued by an Caribbean bank.

Q: How do I know when I withdraw funds that the bank can not trace back to where the card was issued then get my address where it was issued to?

A: Every ATM transaction is traceable, however the cards are not linked to a bank account directly and there is no name printed on the card, therefore the maximum possible privacy is guaranteed.

Q: Are there different types of cards?

A: Yes and no. All cards function in basically the same way, but they can be put to a number of different uses. Your employer can use the Card as a more convenient and less costly way to pay you. You can send a card to someone as a gift. You can use a card to transfer money to relatives overseas. Insurance company can use cards to pay claims. In short, the possible uses are virtually endless.

Q: How secure is my money with reloadable debit card?

A: The reloadable debit  card is more secure than a bank card. Like a bank card, nobody can get at your cash without your Personal Identification Number (PIN). What's more, unlike a bank card, the maximum risk that you face is the amount of money stored on the card. With a normal bank card, someone who steals both your card and PIN may be able to clean out your entire bank account. When it comes to the question of security, the term "stored value" may be a little misleading. The money is not actually stored on the card. It is stored on our secure computers and can only be accessed if you provide your PIN when you use your card at an ATM, at a store or on our Web site. Your PIN is not stored anywhere on your card!

Q: How is Cash ATM Card better than cash?

A: There are lots of ways that ATM card beats cash. To name just three:
1. Anonymous debit card is more secure than cash. If cash is lost or stolen, it is likely gone forever. If your card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced. No one can get at your money unless they also have your PIN. (We recommend that you do not write down your PIN or, if you do write it down, never keep it in the same place as your card.)
2. The card is a global money. When you use cash, you usually have to exchange your money for local currency when you travel out of the country, which can be a costly and time-consuming inconvenience. With ATM cash card, you can use your card at any worldwide ATM where you see the Cirrus or Maestro logo. All cash withdrawals and purchases are automatically in the local currency.
3. You can safely send the card in the mail. The post office and courier companies tell you not to use their services to send cash.

Q: How is reloadable cash card better than using a bank card?

A: 1. Reloadable debit card can be used in more places. You can use the card anywhere that you see the Cirrus or Maestro symbol.
2. Electronic money transfer card can be used to send gifts or transfer money. Since an ordinary bank card and PIN gives the holder access to your full bank account, they are not a good way to send a gift or transfer money to others. The Card gives a recipient access to only as much money as you add to the card -- not your whole bank account.
3. Anonymous atm cards are more secure. Because the card is not tied to your bank account, in the very worst case, if someone steals both your card and PIN, the most that the thief can get is the money that remains on your card. With a bank card, they may be able to drain your entire account.

Q: What are the advantages of using Cash Cards to pay employees and agents?

A: In many cases, particularly when you have overseas employees and agents, Card can be a less expensive and time-consuming way to pay employees when compared to printing hundreds and sometimes thousands of checks, addressing envelopes, licking stamps and mailing them, or doing expensive wire transfers. In the case of Gift Certificates, retailers can now sell reusable Card as Gift Certificates.
